Our Elementary Master Chef experience was more tha

Our Elementary Master Chef experience was more than just cooking—it was a delicious opportunity to think, explore, create, and connect! ❤️

Our young chefs put their Habits of Mind into action as they inquired about ingredients, predicted outcomes, took risks, and collaborated to bring their culinary creations to life! 🧠💡

Through the VESS Language of Thinking, we encouraged our learners to look beyond the recipe, make connections, explain their thinking, and reflect on their experiences. Every ingredient became an opportunity for discovery, every challenge sparked creative problem-solving, and every dish told a story of learning! 🌟

A special THANK YOU to our wonderful families for joining us and making this experience even more meaningful! 💕

Because in our classroom, we don’t just cook… we cultivate thinkers! 🥰👩‍🍳

Our Elementary learners became curious anatomists

Our Elementary learners became curious anatomists as they explored sheep brains, eyes, hearts, and kidneys! Through thinking routines, they made their thinking visible while using their Habits of Mind to wonder, describe, connect, reason with evidence, and discover complexity.

From asking BIG questions to uncovering amazing discoveries, our little scientists proved that curiosity fuels learning! 💡✨

✈️🇯🇵 Last week, our Two’s Class traveled all the way to Japan!
Our little explorers packed their bags, prepared their passports, and visited a Japanese market. They had the opportunity to discover different fresh products, use descriptive language, make connections to a new culture, and enjoy a hands-on travel experience right in the classroom.
Learning through play, exploration, and imagination makes every destination unforgettable! 🥕🍎🛍️ #edu1stpreschools #preschoolactivities #LearningThroughPlay

We kicked off Grandparents Week with our Early Threes class in the most colorful way! 🎨✨
Inspired by our Artist of the Month, Yayoi Kusama, our little artists created an immersive dot experience through a variety of creative art projects. From painting and exploring patterns to filling our classroom with dots, imagination, and joy—every moment was special! 🔴🟡🔵
We ended our wonderful morning enjoying Music Class together, singing, moving, and making beautiful memories. 🎶💛
Thank you to all of our grandparents for sharing this meaningful moment with us. Your love, presence, and encouragement made the day even more magical!
